Why am I not receiving lives?

I am connected to Facebook.  My user ID is 1158094349.  Candy Crush Friends.

First of all, Thank you very much for providing all the needed details -- that you play through Facebook, and your user ID

And I am sorry to say that "Lives" issue has been going on from a while and the King Team is trying to fix the issue to their level best!  Is the issue ONLY with not receiving lives or is it "Sending" too? 

Please take look at this below thread and the posts and comments by other players like you and me.... keep an eye on it so that you can receive any updated news with regards to the "Lives"!!

The issue is receiving lives.  I don’t receive any from friends.

Can you please go to the link I have added above and post the Issue in your game, your User ID and also that you are playing through Facebook!
