Hello, I have bought a pig. I clear it nie ans Mist der, that I must buy now  a  new  pig for  earning goldbares. I am upset. Therme are no  information that  it  is only  for  one  time.  It  is  too expensive for  only one  time.

I want  my money back and  you  can  have  your  gold  back.

The Piggy Bank is where your collected Gold Bars are stored. You only buy the contents of it not the container so it can be refilled when you collect more in your games. It is not a one time thing. You don't have to buy them. King is not obliging anyone to buy them at all. This is offered to anyone who is in a tight situation, who doesn't want a do over. It is a voluntary purchase.

I'm not angry with you but with king.com.
They write that you can collect ALL the gold bars you earn. That's a lie. It does not say that you only have to fill the pig once and then buy it again after emptying to be able to collect gold bars. This is clearly a misdirection and fraud.
That's what annoys me, not you.

That's the worst scam. I want my money back. You can have your gold bars. I've already sent countless e-mails but I'm always supposed to rewrite them. No answer, only cheating!!!!!

What exactly were you expecting when you bought the Gold Bars? I don't understand why you were upset about it. No one forced you to buy them. They were there for people who wants to move up with no effort. It was never implied that it is a one time thing. What made you think that? 

Every Video Gaming Company everywhere has game enhancement offers. Of course they are not free. If everything is free, how can they pay their employees? 

There is no scam here nor cheating. Those are harsh words. King wouldn't do that to you for a few pocket change. 

I am not in any way connected nor affiliated with King.com. I am a player just like you. I've been playing Candy Crush Saga since 2012, Soda Saga since 2014 and this one Candy Crush Friends in its initial release. I never paid anything, not a penny to reach the Levels I am currently in. No one was ever expected to pay anything. When you bought something, it was your decision, you were not forced into doing it.

You said you never got answers to your e-mails. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to dispute this with your Credit Card Company. You have to make sure you have your receipts. You also have to explain why you purchased the Gold Bars and why you were unsatisfied. The Credit Card Company will give you a temporary refund while they investigate your claim.

Hello,
I did not buy gold bars but bought the piggy bank. King.com says you can save ALL the gold bars you can earn. THAT is a lie. You can only fill the piggy bank once. After that you have to buy it again. The pig also asks you to remove the gold bars earlier. I did that, and yeah ... I should buy it again to collect my earned gold bars. This is clearly a misdirection and fraud!
