I've had zero lives on a running timer for 124 some odd hours for over 24 hours now.

Hello and welcome to the sweetest community around @marilynmaddaford! What you described above should be just a glitch. I posted a screenshot below from King’s in-game Help Center with instructions on how to fix this. I hope it helps!
