Why doesn't Dach's new costume appear in my game?

Yesterday I saw a post on Facebook with the new costume of Dach, but in my game there aren't new costumes... How can I do?

Haha, @wafercookieflippers, that's true 😅

I actually just got an update from our sweet Game Studio and it seems that Dachs was a little afraid of the new outfit.... probably all that green! You know how Donuts dogs can sometimes be, eh!?
The Team is working on calming Dachs down and making the costume fit so he can wear it with pride and show up in your game 😃

We don't know how long that's going to take but we're doing to have him run back to the game asap! Will keep you all posted! We're very sorry for the inconvenience but hopefully, this just build up on more excitement 🐛🐕

Hi @Mattia_ For a new caterpillar Dachs costume you have to chase the mystery chest and opened it

Normally at the beginning of levels after you passed the portals, you will see the mystery box, and after you reach that level with mystery chest on, you’ll have to fetch the key that Dachs has it while he’s floating with balloons on couples levels after, soon you’ll fetch the key you’ll be able to open the mystery chest

Hi @Mattia_ as my friend @mysticalmysty mentions already you should get more info once you reach and unlock the timed mystery chest on your map. Should be 1 per 20 levels/land is my understanding.

If you reach a chest and don’t see any info please take a screenshot of what you are seeing so we can report this to the studio. 🙏🏻🔥

I was just now (approx. 2 pm CST usa) able to have a mystery box pop up on my map upon completing level 1210 with Dachs. I was able to get the mystery box in plenty of time, even using some gold and boosters to get there. however, there are NO costume fragments or any mention of a new costume.

I also have not had an update to my game in two weeks, despite force checking for updates. I don’t know if that makes a difference or not.
