Missing gold bars

I recently got the free piggy bank gold bars. I had 25 that I could use and the while I was playing the game crashed when I loaded the game back up I was missing 10 gold bars. So I’m down to 15. 

Is it possible to get those back?

I am missing a total of 20 gold bars now due to the app freezing as I went to use them. I've had to close the app which then I loose the purchase and the gold bars.
