Thanks for the feedback, I have taken notes and we will see what we can do :-).  We are currently looking at making sure that rewards are clearly shown up front and are looking into some tech fixes to increase visibility making it easier to understand when events are running, how you are doing and when they will end.  Also, it's no problem reading it, thank you for taking the time to write it :-) and of course for playing!
