Hi @SandraMurphy27 - welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry you’ve had this issue. I can personally say it has occurred to me as well.
Please try clearing your cache & cookies and logging out of your account then powering off your device for at least 10 seconds. If it doesn’t reset for the current day it should for the following day. At least it did for me. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be.

Hi Foley. I did this but now I've lost all my progress from mistys stars I was on 29 and now they are all gone. Also I'm still not getting the daily gift
