Lost progress
I followed all of the instructions and finally decided to remove the game from my iPhone. I had connected the game to this King account. When reinstalled, the game was level 1. I was level 917. I need help. I don’t wanna start over. 😢

I am very sorry to hear that you have lost your level progress after reinstalling the App!! Even after connecting to the King, you can still log-in with Facebook to keep your levels intact.
But anyway, please go to this link and try the suggestions given there to restore your levels back

I have done it a few times, but this time it worked. Sort of. It took me to level 873, rather than level 917. Do I need to settle for this? Thank you for responding.0

Great to know @Tooter No, you do not have to settle with this!! Let me inform the Community Manager and see if they can help you with putting you back on level # 917.
Just wondering... did you check if any updates are available in your App store?
Also, can you provide your King game USER ID through this link (it will be in digits). The King Team will be needing it to help with your level restoration
