I understand that problems can’t be fixed “overnight” but this is a problem that has been occurring for many many months. I too face this problem. I too have messaged. I have the other candy crush games, but with this kind of bug, it seems like King is not really trying to help their users. Also, the idea of “all we can do is wait” is just not adequate. This is a disappointing response to a problem that hundreds of users (most likely more) are facing.

Right now, we don't have other solution than remain patient and see what will happen with this situation. Some problems just can't be fixed overnight, it takes time. Thank you for your understanding. It might be a disappointing answer for you but I am just a volunteer who is helping people around. I am not a King employee, hence I can't tell you for sure when this will be fixed. Hi to all 😊 thought finding the solution for my problem -same as yours- and unfortunately just find excuses 😕 I am getting the requests for lives but never get one myself! This just happens to me with the candy crush friends, bubble an soda do work! So how is it, there is no solution found here 🤔🤨 not what a support is supposed to be... really sad 😣
