My wife can watch adds to receive more life, but not me. Why? 
Shouldn't it be THE same for everyone that's playing the game? 🤔

Hi @Cissi - welcome to our friendly community. Sorry to hear you are not having the same experience as your wife. Can you confirm if both of you play on the exactly the same type of platform PC vs mobile IOS/Android and if so are you both at the same updated app level?
