Hello. I play this game everyday. My wife who is 60 levels behind me got the bubble gum event while I day after day haven’t received it. So I deleted the game, thinking if I reinstall then I can get the event. The app was up to date and everything. So I reinstall the app and connect it to Facebook like I had before and it starts me on LEVEL 1. I’m furious. I was on roughly level 415ish. So everything was just gone. This is weird because I have done this before (deleted the game) and I was able to have my level back, just without the candy buffs (not a big deal). 2. My other issue is how inconsistent it is device to device, my wife never has got a option to watch a video to get extra moves like I have. She never got to cash in her piggy bank for FREE like I did. Fix this. I need my levels back. -furious candy crusher

I am sorry to hear about the issues in your game and I completely understand your frustration... I would be too if I see so many differences between mine and my family member's game!! Let me try to assist with the issues one by one...
1) Lost the Level Progress --> Please go to this link and follow the suggested steps to get your levels back in the game https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/177600/how-to-get-your-level-and-progress-back#latest
Not sure why we loose the progress one time and other time, it will be fine!!
2) Inconsistency between the devices --> Getting the special features of "Watching Video for a Free Life" and "Free Piggy Bank" options are the Test features and hence, they are released to part of the players but not all.
I have recently received the option on Videos for Free Lives, but not the "Free Piggy Bank". It means I am not in that part of the group yet!! Hope this made sense!!
3) With regards to the "Bubble Gum Troll" special event, can you please tell me whether you have received the recent "Olivia" & "Nutcracker" events in your device? If so, you should and will be receiving this one too.
