Game not registered that I won level

I won level twice now, but it won’t register. I can’t advance to next level and I didn’t get my reward:( please help. Thanks:)

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! I would like to clarify few things...
1) Is it Candy Friends game you are talking about?
2) If so, what level is it -- is it the regular levels OR the Special Event levels?
3) Did you happen to take screenshot after you won the level?
4) What reward were you supposed to receive after winning the level?
