Game froze and couldn't make moves?!?!!

I purchased extra lives and went to start playing, the game started but I wasn't able to make any moves. Is there a way I can be credited the 2 lives that I was unable to play??

    I am sorry to hear that you have lost your extra lives with your game freezing!!!  I will ask our Community In-charge about this issue and update you on that :+1:

    Can you please provide me these details -- 
    1) The Device you are playing;
    2) Did you purchase the Lives with the Gold bars available in your game OR with real money?
