i’ve tried almost everything suggested with no fix on the no internet connection, what’s left beside deleting candy crush and loosing all my levels. Help ,

According to your opinion. your game app corrupted. To solve the problem, you need to uninstall and reinstall again your application. If you uninstall, you will lose the booster you have stored. But you'll get back the levels, as long as you've synced the progress😎
