I used the fish on a level and they didn't knock the candy out. I was one cookie away from passing the level. I spend money on this game and this has happened before. I am upset.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Yes, I agree that the Fish won't always make a move that is helpful for us... especially, when we are one Cookie or Jelly tile away to win the level!! It happened many times to me and I think for other players too! I don't know the reason behind it though!!
