My game is linked with more than one account, and, when I make a purchase it is charging more than one, how do I delete my account info and how do I get my money back??
You need to fill in all the details and make sure you chose the correct topic (Problems with purchases) and subtopic (Payment queries). Once you fill in the form you will receive an automated email message which you need to reply to and explain your issue. If you don't reply to that message, they will not reach you at all.
They will also ask for your game ID. If you don't know where to find it, follow the instructions on the link below.
