Why did I lose my 194 days in a row and start over. I never missed a day

I play faithfully everyday along with another game and for whatever reason it reset my days back to the beginning. I had played 194 days in a row

Hello @rivermom and welcome to our friendly community.  I'm sorry to hear that you lost your daily reward progress.  It sounds like a random glitch.  Sometimes a fluctuation in the internet can cause the game to think you missed a day.  I've seen this happen before to a few people.  Please let us know if it happens again or if you lose the daily reward entirely.
