Why didn’t I get to have the bubble gum troll?

my friends to me they received it but I didn’t. And I don’t know why.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received the Bubble Gum Troll in your game!!  The event was released to maximum number of players but for few, due to technical reasons.  

But, I am sure that we will receive him into our games through Star Chaser OR through regular stickers on a special occasion!!  Because, if you remember the St.Patrick Nutcracker was released to some of the players in last year.  But, all the players saw him and collected him for St.Patrick's day!!  

So, I am very positive that we all will see the Troll in some way or the other and collect him in near future.
