Hello @Dimitria, Hope you are finding your way in the Community  

Just would like to make sure that you are having this issue in Candy Friends, but not other game!!  I am asking this because, Quests are available in almost all games   

If it is Candy Friends, I am guessing you are talking about the 2 hours "friendly charged Boosters"!!  If so, can you please explain what happened?  If possible, can you please provide a screenshot?
