Lolly-powerups and surprises are gone or empty

All my Lolly-powerups are gone and in all surprises (sweet, delicious and devine) are no powerup points.

I am sorry to say that I am not clear on your question!!  I understood that "Lolly - Powerups" could be Lollipops!  What does it mean by "Surprises"?  Can you post a screenshot of the issue? 

Are you talking about the Candy Friends game or some other game?

What device are you using to play the game?  Can you give me your game user ID number with the help of this link  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

Please post back these 2 details and I will elevate this issue to the Community Manager to look into the issue
