Good afternoon! I won a booster activator for 2 hours 2 hours ago and it didn't apply to my game.

I went on line to check the bugs and quirks on how to fix it and still nothing! I feel like as much $ as I spend this would stop happening! I so enjoy the game!

    We're sorry for your problem. Please tell me, what device you using for this game? Then I'll ask you to do some troubleshooting checks.
    However, please check your device's date and time.This problem will occur if the device date & time is changed during the game.

    I am using a android, it's not my phone because I do get my rewards on occasion but here lately it's not been happening!

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  The boosters are supposed to add to your game as soon as they get charged!!  If you think / or sure that they were not added to your game, the King team can look into the issue.  For that, they will be needing your game user ID number!
