Friends help

I am always sending friends for help they don’t get my requests and I don’t get theirs. Has been happening since I started this game and I have sent in many of the problem to no avail. I am on level 412 with no help from friends. Please help!

I can tell by looking at the screenshot why the problem is.

Hello @tina0522, Hearty Welcome to the Candy Friends section of our friendly King Community  

There has been issue with "Lives" sending and receiving in the Friends game for a while now!!  Even-though this issue was cleared for some of the players, many players are still having this issue.  

But, no need to worry!!  The King team is working hard to fix the issue and to bring back this useful feature for all his players.  Soon, we should be able to see a positive turn-around
