Olivia disappears

I'm back in the community after a long break. A month ago I noticed that Olivia has disappeared from my collection when it wouldn't turn up in the recommended characters while completing new levels. I had even told @Sukanta_Biswas about this issue. Is there any way I get back the character. Would be grateful if you could resolve it.

With regards to Olivia's disappearance, I am sorry it happened!! You would be 2nd person to have this issue!!
Before complaining to Mia, I would like to make sure you have gained Olivia into your game for sure!! Do you have a screenshot you took when you gained Olivia OR your scrapbook? If so, can you please post one of those along with your game user ID number?
