Make sure to enter the provided form with all required details. Enter the Topic with "Problems with Purchase" and Sub-Topic with "Purchased Items Not Received". Then, explain about the issue in provided comment box.
You will be receiving an automated email with a ticket number as an acknowledgement. If you have not heard from them within 3 days, you can send a reply to that same email you have received. You will definitely be helped but only thing is there might be a bit delay.... if they have more complaints to take care of!!
