I have a syncing problem
I am using an Android, logged in with Facebook. I am currently on a higher level 1855; however when starting the game and playing challenges or similar, it appears as if I am on a lower level 1446. I logged out, closed the apps, logged in again and it doesn't works. How can the game sync correctly?

Hi @Shelbygem - welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue. Are you signed up on both King & FB? The games should sync between both. Here are the steps to follow if not below.

Also if not try clearing your cache and cookies on your device after logging out from the game and then power off your device for at least 10 seconds and then reboot everything back up to see if that helps it resync.
