In order for us to be able to help you, could you please tell us a little more about the issue? Do you receive an error message? If so, at which stage of the game? When you open it, when you open a level, when you try to send lives, or at any other time?
What device are you playing on?
Make sure to clear cache and cookies regularly from your device and always update to the latest game version to avoid any issue.
