Why do all the characters that I have collected say downloading and I can't use them?

I can't use any of my characters, they all say downloading, this happened when I accidentally signed out, I immediately signed back in using my Facebook but none of the characters I will work!

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Are the characters keep downloading when you open a level to play?  Or are they showing that way in your "Sticker Book"?
