my game doesn't work

hello good afternoon, again annoying, but my candy friend game, still the levels and stages are not seen, please someone could help me, I have already solved that they review it but nothing, does not change, will I have to remove it?

I have found your other question and am copying the screenshot you have provided there  

The King Studio team is trying hard to fix the issue!  It might take a while for the team to find a work-around as they have to investigate about it in all possible ways!! 

Can you give me few details ---> (a) Device you are using (b) Logged in through Facebook or Kingdom account (c) and your game ID number.  This link will help you find it  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it 

NOTE:  Please do not re-install your game App as it will delete all the saved up lollipops from your game!!  And they are not refundable unless they are purchased with real money!!
