Never Received Contest/Quest Prize

I completed 10 quests back when you had a contest about how many quests you could complete, but when I clicked on the prize chest, nothing happened. I thought maybe they would show up in a day or two, but it's been a couple of weeks. How can I get my prizes?

    Yes I did not receive any lollipops. When I  clicked on the prize chest nothing happened at all. It did not open and no prizes were distributed. It just went back to the map. Here's my ID#: 1501305144.

    Hello @NajanAbdullah, Welcome to the Candy Friends section of our friendly King Community :) 

    With the Odus Challenge, we do not receive anything when we click on the note that says we won.  Once we see that note "you have won so and so gift", the gift will be added automatically to our game(s).

    The gifts are Lollipops and varies according to the prize we received.  If you think you have not received any Lollipops, please provide your game user ID number.  Here is a link which explains how to look for your ID  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it
