When I earn 2 hour reward boosters, I do not receive them during games

Hello @vanhoven, Hearty Welcome to the Candy Friends section of our friendly King Community  

Can you please tell me what is happening after you receive those 2 hour "friendly charged" boosters?  They should be displayed below to the level number, where you select a character to help you with the level and click on "Play".  

If you are sure the boosters are not being added to your game, can you please post 2 screenshots
1) where you click on "Play" 
2) As soon as the level opens up 

** TO reply back, tap on "Type your Comment" box located below.  And to post the screenshot, tap on "Attach Image" icon located in the tool bar (a little farther to the Emoticon) --> then select "Choose Files" to upload the image from your device.

Please let me know if you further assistance with attaching picture.
