Daily Log in

I log in EVERY day just to get my daily log in & 2 times it has RESET me back to day 1. 
Is there a reason why this is happening? 
(It would have been day 33 for log in TODAY, but took me to day 1 AGAIN) 

PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your Daily Log-in Streak!!  Loosing the Streak can happen for many reasons starting with poor internet connection to Server issues either from our side or King side!!

But, whatever the issue may be, I can assure you that we do not loose any of our Bonus by loosing the streak!  The reward remains the same for all 7 days of a week and ---> on every 3rd, 6th and 7th days - we receive big gift boxes and green gift box for rest of the 4 days.  The cycle repeats again from Day 8 (or day 1 in that new week).
