I got silver on the quest challenge and a pop up but appeared to get reward but nothing was given. This happened the last time with a mass amount of people

It looks like you are asking about the Odus Quest Challenge from Candy Friends game!!  I am sorry to say that you have posted in Candy Crush game!!  

It is OK, you do not have to post again.  I will request the Community Team to move this to Candy Friends section
