It seems to me that screenshots are the only thing King Support needs in order to check the problem. I’m having the same issue with the gift icon on the map not being able to open. So far, the only answers Support gives ... oh wait. No, there are no answers given, only more questions to gamers that are irrelevant and no fix to the glitch.
I finished level 1020, which completed an episode. I never received my rewards. The map went straight to the next episode. I played a few more levels hoping it would register, but got nothing. My member number is 6311762783. Please don't tell me to send an email or ask a question on another forum. I already asked the question in another discussion and was told to send an email that told me to go to the help center, which told me to send an email. I did that and was sent back here to the community hub.
Your game may not be connected to the server so you are having this problems.
Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
Show me a screenshot if you find an error message while trying to log out or log in to the game.
I finished the level after the most recent update. I logged out, restarted my device, logged back in, and still didn't get my rewards
