Hi i Can get my gift/ boster it Said the hole time something went wvrong but now i am Home om wifive and it still do not work so i even get the dayli gift ever now ;(( hope you Can fixet it? Thanks

    Can you please explain more about the issue you are having in your game?  

    What gift / booster you are talking about?  Is it the Candy Friends or any other game you are having this issue?  Can you post a screenshot of the game please?

    Level 1

    The award boxes used to give multiple points/credits for rewards/boosters. However, recently the points are giving only one point/credit to build up the boosters. Is there a glitch or is this a new adjustment for the game?

    Hello @Debby_Yelverton, Hearty Welcome to the Candy Crush section of our friendly King Community :) 

    Actually, few players are experiencing this single digit stickers towards the Boosters and Characters!!  Next time when you open a gift box, can you please note down the specific amount of stickers you have received towards each booster & characters? 

    For example, I am receiving 1 sticker each towards the Lollipops and up to 4 stickers towards the "friendly charged boosters"!  

    We are gathering this information to make a note of it and inform the Community Manager.  Hopefully, you will be able to provide this info!

    The King Team is asking for below details to look into this issue... 
    1) Device you are using;
    2) Any screenshots you have when you have received your gifts;

    It seems to me that screenshots are the only thing King Support needs in order to check the problem. I’m having the same issue with the gift icon on the map not being able to open. So far, the only answers Support gives ... oh wait. No, there are no answers given, only more questions to gamers that are irrelevant and no fix to the glitch.

    I finished level 1020, which completed an episode. I never received my rewards. The map went straight to the next episode. I played a few more levels hoping it would register, but got nothing. My member number is 6311762783. Please don't tell me to send an email or ask a question on another forum. I already asked the question in another discussion and was told to send an email that told me to go to the help center, which told me to send an email. I did that and was sent back here to the community hub.

    Your game may not be connected to the server so you are having this problems.

    Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.

    Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

    Show me a screenshot if you find an error message while trying to log out or log in to the game.
