restore my levels

Hello! After accepting your new terms and conditions by clicking yes on a popup box when I logged into my game, my game reset to level one. I was in the high 500s when this happened. Can you restore my game? I did not previously have an account, but I have spent considerable money on in-store purchased and I am quite upset. I've been playing this game for almost a year.
