Please could you check candy crush friends on any bugs why the videos requests are not working?

In order to get extra 4 moves you can watch a short video, well it's not working most of the time. Is there anything you can do to fix this problem? It prevented me many times to be able to win a level and that's getting really frustrating!

Hi @Irmvicky - sorry to hear you’ve had this issue. Please make sure your app is up to date and try logging all the way out & clearing your cache and cookies. Then power off your device for at least 30 seconds and then login back in and see if that hopes resolve it.
