How do I retrieve my characters back?

I had 41 characters on  my account forthe 2 devices I own but tried to put it on a 3rd device but now I only have 4 characters. Does anyone know how I can get them back?

Have you saved your game via Facebook or Kingdom? 
Here are a few steps that may help you get your characters and progress back. If not, make sure you have a good wifi connection on your new device, clear cache and cookies - The App needs to download the characters from scratch so that's why it might take a while. 

If you still haven't receive them within the next 24 hours, please let us know!
