Why isn’t my progress saved?

My phone went dead after I beat a level and when I turned it back on I was logged out the game.  I logged back in and and it took 4 levels from me and a unicorn.  I need my levels and characters back or I’m deleting app.

I am so sorry to hear that!!  I can understand how frustrated you must be after finding yourself not at your current level but few levels below   And to miss a character is even saddening!!!
