Thank you for sharing those works @stramonium. They both look so intriguing. I bet they are each a unique experience. I know I am often very drawn to negative space but it rarely feels void emotionally. I hope you will share more.Â
@Ashraf thank you so much for sharing as well! I bet you have seen and used some great artwork. I like Starry Night very much. One of my favorite things is seeing how young children interpret the work. I hope you will share more too!Â
I would like to share something again, This time "Urban land art" that makes me laugh.
To start with "The Navy Yard Sea Monster " It is made by Group X, an anonymous art collective. But the artists behind this group are named Luke Egan and Pedro Estrellas. They also exhibit these tentacles in OpenArt in Ărebro in Sweden. Another sculpture displayed at OpenArt in Ărebro is FlorenÂtijn Hofmans "Big Yellow Rabbit" I think both of these works are hilarious and unexpected and that's why I like them so much.
One cannot speak of land art without mention Christo and Jeanne-Claude, they almost like mom and dad of land art. A fantastic work of them is the "Wrapped Reichstag" in Berlin. That work is real hilarious and unexpected.
