I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! I have not heard complaints about level # 217 prior to this!! Probably it could be a new glitch or just an issue with your device or server!!
Try these steps first --> Log out of the game --> Clear cookies/cache --> Restart device after 30 seconds ---> Log back into the game! Also, check if there are any updates available for the App!!
Please let me know how it went! If it did not work, you can try to reinstall the game, if you do not have any stored up lollipop boosters i.e. Because, we loose all our boosters and they will not be reimbursed by the team!
