How come I can’t see the new character

Rachel when do I get her and why can’t I see her

Hello @mommaof2, Hearty Welcome to the Candy Friends section of our friendly King Community  

The new character "Rachel" will appear for us only on the 30th.  Until then we can see only the pop-up which informs us how much longer we have to wait to see her in the game!
