Why can't I carry onto Level 541 thru the whirlpool? I have completed all other levels

Hi @KendraCardinal! Try making sure you have a strong internet connection. Then log-out, and log-in. You should be able to move through the whirlpool/portal. If that doesn’t work, you can respond here and we can get someone else to help you do some further troubleshooting, but this method has helped me before.
