I recently had to start game over because I lost access to my Facebook account..but now I don't get offered the choice to watch videos for free moves and lives...☹️

@tatumlynn6 - welcome to the community!  I'm sorry you have lost the opportunity to watch videos for free moves and lives.  Not everyone gets that opportunity.  I have never had that on any of the King games I play.  Maybe a future update will restore it for you but if not - you can still enjoy the game without it.  I have been playing the game for about 6 months and have finally made it to level 900 without ever having that opportunity.
