Why did you start me over

I was playing on the raccoon level and i got all the way to level 7 and i went to play it today and you completely started it on level 1 and that makes me very mad.

Hello @rebels323418 and welcome to the community.  I can understand why that would make you mad.  I'm sure you worked very hard to get to level 7.  You didn't by any chance switch platforms when you went to continue playing did you?  Because I have been told the event will reside on the particular platform you are playing on. 
 Anyway - if you played on the same device and were suddenly back on level 1 and you have been playing either via king.com or Facebook - we might be able to get you back to level 7.  Can you please post your game idea and tomorrow we can see what the Community Manager, @QueenMia says.
