Hello @keeksvega, Hearty Welcome to the Candy Friends section of our friendly King Community  

There is still issue with receiving lives for few players which is taken care by the lovely King Team.  Other-than that, some players are getting an option of "Videos for Free Lives" too.  Hopefully, all the players will receive that feature too  

On top of that, for special events like Rachel or the Bubble Gum Troll, etc., we have received 1 life each from the gift boxes!!

Just a information if you are unaware about it
