Why am I not getting my rewards at the end of an episode?

I have already given my ID and I only got 1 box even tho I have missed many. But I thought it was fixed but it’s not. Just finished another episode and nothing! What is this???

I am very sorry to hear that you have not received the "End Map Rewards" after many episodes!!  

It is great to know that you have posted your ID in the main thread.  To receive the missing rewards, you must specify all the the last levels of those specific episodes, which you have not receive rewards before.  For example, 520, 540, 560, etc., 

I will close this thread now, so that all the complaints stay in one single thread.  Please go to this main link --->  Did not Receive Reward at the End of the Episode and post your ID (again) and the end levels, like I have mentioned above!
