Not receiving chapter rewards

I have just completed 2 chapters and I am now getting the map rewards presents. Can someone please help fix this?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received the reward at the end of the Episode in the Map. There has been an issue with this particular feature from past 2 weeks or so and it has been reported to the Studio team and they are working on fixing the issue  

As per the reward for your finished episode(s), if you post your game user ID number along with the level you have completed at this main thread of Did not Receive Reward at the End of the Episode, our Community Manager will be able to help you with it and send you a reward in your way!
