Game owes me gold bars Again

The game has taken 18 Gold bars between today and Saturday i think it was and Not Refilling my lives. What is going on? I tried the Support link on my post but it sent me to a Chat that didn’t help. I am Beyond Aggravated.

Wow - it definitely sounds like a problem @sallytaz.  I am sorry you are having this trouble in your game.  Have you made sure you have cleared your cache and have the latest version?  You should also turn off the device you are playing on and then turn it on again (this could help with your problem with the lives not refilling).

However the disappearing gold bars is a bit of a mystery.  I am tagging the Community Manager @QueenMia to see if she can help.
