Will boosters be unlocked?

I have not been around for long in this saga. So my question: Will boosters be unlocked? I would like to change the one. Like the hand with soda. Is he with us or is he coming?

There are 6 types of boosters in the CCFS and they are all earned by collecting enough stickers for each type from the various reward boxes (Daily reward, in-game medium size reward box, portal reward box at end of each episode).
1) Timed Coloring Candy - 2 hrs - Needs 30 stickers
2) Timed Charge - 2 hrs - Needs 30 stickers
3) Timed Fish - 2 hrs - Needs 30 stickers
4) Lollipop hammer - Needs 30 stickers
5) Wrapped Candy - Needs 60 stickers
6) Stripped Lollipop hammer - Needs 60 Stickers
I hope this clarifies the boosters in CCFS.
