How do I get my game chance back if the game is freezing up on me ?

I'm playing the game and in the middle of the game and it's happened a few times I don't usually complain and you can see that I spend plenty of money in this game but when I'm losing a chance to play the game because it freezes and when you exit it does not give you another chance or takes you back to where you left off at I need help please advise

Hi @tjanderson1966 - welcome to our friendly community. I am just a volunteer and don’t have access to player/account info but I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue happen.

Unfortunately the support team can restore lives as those reset every 30 mins. All I can suggest is to make sure you have at least 2 MB of free storage space on your device for the games to function properly. Additionally it his highly recommended to regularly clear your cache and cookies as well to ensure the game is syncing up well.
