I used approximate 63 gold bars refilling lives because my game kept crashing the night of November 5th (and the morning of the 6th). I followed the steps recommended in the email sent to me today at 12:35pm, and now the game is working. Thank you!

I lost about 30 bars as the advert fir windows support kept freezing and when I came out of the advert the place telling me there was an error and to try again was in the same place as the button to use gold bars for extra lives. I did this twice so I lost about 30 bars. How do I recover them?
